Shipping Process:

All orders that are not on hand are processed to be shipped out within a two weeks time frame. Please note that once an order has been placed , we cannot accept cancellations or modifications. This policy helps us process orders efficiently and minimize errors. Please note all orders will be shipped out via Fedex and UPS shipping. The normal shipping time is 12 business days. 

Refund and Return Policy: 

Orders cannot be cancelled once they are placed. To initiate a return, please feel free to contact us once your order has been delivered. In order to initiate a return, we must receive the item within seven days after the original purchase date. All returns must be requested and approved.
